My Man Jeeves is a collection of short stories by P. G. Wodehouse, first published in the UK in May 1919 by George Newnes. Of the eight stories in the collection, half feature the popular characters Jeeves and Bertie Wooster, while the others concern Reggie Pepper, an early prototype for Wooster.

About Wodehouse:

Sir Pelham Grenville Wodehouse, KBE (15 October 1881 – 14February 1975) was a comic writer who enjoyed enormous popularsuccess during a career of more than seventy years and continues tobe widely read. Despite the political and social upheavals thatoccurred during his life, much of which was spent in France and theUnited States, Wodehouse's main canvas remained that of pre-warEnglish upper-class society, reflecting his birth, education, andyouthful writing career. An acknowledged master of English prose, Wodehouse has been admired both by contemporaries such as HilaireBelloc, Evelyn Waugh and Rudyard Kipling and by modern writers suchas Douglas Adams, Salman Rushdie, Zadie Smith and Terry Pratchett.Sean O'Casey famously called him "English literature's performingflea", a description that Wodehouse used as the title of acollection of his letters to a friend, Bill Townend.
